Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival and Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM

• Choose from one of our spacious one, two,or three bedroom villas with completely furnished kitchens, separate living and dining areas and complimentary wireless internet access. Please Note:

• Housekeeping does not enter your room for servicing while you are here.  Should you require additional supplies, please do not hesitate to contact Guest Services.  Requested items will be placed in a plastic bag outside of your room door.) 

• Pack-N-plays are available on a first come first serve basis.  Roll-away cots are on a first come first serve basis for ground floor rooms only (One Bedrooms & Studios).  Roll-away cots will not be delivered to rooms with stairs (Mini Villas, Two and Three Bedroom Villas) for safety reasons.

• Handicap Accessible King Bed-Hotel Rooms are available but limited so please book early.  All other room types Are Not ADA Accessible. Please call for more information. 

• All major credit cards accepted. Cash, Pre-Paid Cards and Personal Checks are not accepted forms of payment. Rates subject to 6% GA Sales & Use Tax, 5% Local Hotel/Motel Tax & 5% resort fee. All discounts must be presented at check-in.

• Age requirement for making a reservation and check-in is 21. A government issued photo ID is required to check in.

• All Standard & Group Rate reservations require an advance deposit equal to the first night + taxes & fees. Monthly/Long Term Rental required deposit is $500.

• No refund of deposit on cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival on all Best Available or Group rate reservations.  $150 cancellation fee on all monthly/long term reservation cancellations. A cancellation fee of $500 plus $250 for each additional month will apply to monthly cancellations made within 120 days prior to your arrival.  Villas by the Sea suggest obtaining travelers insurance.

• Advance Purchase Rate reservations are prepay in full and non-refundable.  One courtesy date change is allowed if hotel is made aware 1 week prior to the original arrival date.

• Beachfront at hotel only available at low tide.  Please ask one of our guest service associates for more information.

• Our Oceanside rooms are not all oceanview due to a natural tree line that runs along our sea dunes. We can only offer ocean-side “nearest to the ocean” not ocean-view rooms.

• Rates subject to change without notice.

• Jekyll Island has a $8 per day parking fee that is collected upon arrival to the island.

Villas Pet Policy:

• MOST ROOMS ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY.  Reservations made online are NOT pet friendly.  You must call the hotel to make a pet friendly reservation.  If a pet room is available, there is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $100 per villa.  Two dog/ 40 pound per dog weight limit and please no cats or other pets/animals. $250-$500 (depending on size of room) cleaning fee for pets discovered in non-pet rooms or pets who exceed the weight limit. 

Month/Long Term Rental Pet fees are: $150 for a Studio, Mini Villa or 1 Bedroom, $200 for a 2-Bedroom, $250 for a 3-Bedroom. Pet fees are non-refundable.
