Wedding Ceremony & Reception Venue Package Price $3800
Our Grand Oaks Elegance Wedding Venue Package includes:

Driftwood Beach, our Rocky Cove areas, or our Lawn area for ceremony (Time dependent upon tides for beach locations)

Up to 60 White Resin Chairs including rental, delivery, setup, and tear down for ceremony. (max of 60 chairs only allowed on beach locations per JIA regulations)

Local Licensed Officiant to perform ceremony to perform ceremony & sign marriage license

Onsite Venue Coordinator

1/2 (2 Sections) of our Grand Oaks Ballroom Venue Rental for four hours (max 90 guests for wedding setup, additional sections can be added for an additional fee to accommodate more guests up to 200) Reception venue only package with 1/2 ballroom $3100
With 1 additional section of ballroom (3 sections total, 100-150 guests max) add $600 =package total $4400. Reception venue only package with 3/4ths ballroom $3700
With other 1/2 of Ballroom ( Full Ballroom 4 sections total, 150-200 guests max) add $1000=package total $4800. Reception venue only package with Full Ballroom $4100

Venue Packages Includes our Banquet Tables, Chairs, Our House linens in light ivory linens for tables and dark brown for food tables, Setup & Teardown in Ballroom for up to 90 guests for reception unless additional sections are added to accommodate more guests.

A One Bedroom Oceanside Villa for two nights including taxes.

Complimentary Champagne & Souvenir flutes with Rose Petal & Candle Turn Down service in your villa after reception.
*A minimum of 20 Group Room nights are required for use of 1/2 of our ballroom venue, discounted rates available for your guests which their rented nights all count towards this minimum. For example: 10 villas for 2 nights=20 room nights. Prices are subject to change. Based on availability.
**Driftwood Beach is a public beach. Jekyll Island has a tidal beach, so ceremony times are dependent upon tides. There is a $100 additional fee for holidays and sunrise ceremonies.
***We require a signed Docusign wedding package agreement and a deposit of 50% of your package price to confirm date/venue, if booking far enough in advance we can break that into 3 installments for you as well to better fit your budget. The remaining balance is due at Check In.
***This package does not include Food & Beverage and we do not offer catering services but work with several caterers in the local area that provide those services for our couples. You may choose the caterer of your choice for food & non alcoholic beverage services. There is NO kitchen at the ballroom venue, all food must be brought prepared or any necessary equipment/supplies/chafers/warmers/utensils/plates/silverware needed to complete the job. We do not have or provide catering items. See our Wedding Vendors list here for Caterers that know our venue and we recommend along with other vendors for your resource for any additional services such as decor, florist, DJ, etc you may need to complete your day.
